腸道巨噬細胞Gut macrophages

腸道巨噬細胞代表了多種的常駐組織巨噬細胞來源 [1, 2]。腸道常駐巨噬細胞是一種重要的免疫群體,能夠在其環(huán)境中整合和解釋不同的食物來源、共生來源、病原體來源和宿主來源的信號。此外,在炎癥反應下,BM 衍生的腸道巨噬細胞和常駐巨噬細胞在控制感染中起關鍵作用。因此,腸道巨噬細胞池的動態(tài)調節(jié)是長期健康的核心[3]。補充健康腸道中常駐池的 BM 衍生巨噬細胞被確定為 CX3CR1hiMHCIIhiLy6Clow [103],它們在腸道穩(wěn)態(tài)中具有多種關鍵功能,包括 Treg 擴增、上皮維持、管腔取樣和細菌殺滅 [4, 5]。如表 4 所示,腸道和真皮被認為是開放組織,具有快速募集和分化骨髓來源的單核細胞成巨噬細胞的動力學。盡管在出生時,腸道中存在胚胎衍生的巨噬細胞,但這些巨噬細胞被來自大量 CCR2 依賴性 Ly6Chi 單核細胞的細胞所取代[6]。巨噬細胞上的 IL-10 受體信號傳導是一種對指導胃腸粘膜中巨噬細胞功能至關重要的途徑 [7, 8]。
